What to do in Connemara

There is so much to do when you are down in the West, that one weekend may not be enough!.You can choose from horse-riding, hill-walking, wine-tasting, learning to speak Irish, bird-watching, bat-tracking, landscape painting, mountain biking, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, golfing, orienteering, sailing, fly-casting, star-gazing, salmon fishing, tree-hugging, may-fly dapping, photography, throwing pots, picnicing, rambling, cycling, pony-trekking and basket weaving,....Whew!...and that's just the first day......(only kidding!).

Course if you just come down here to chill, you could spend the afternoon in good company sipping pints on the deck outside Eddies Bar watching the world go by, while enjoying Smoked Salmon and Seafood Chowder, listening to endless fishermen' stories of the ones that got away and to finish, singing ballads late into the night, with our resident band.

Whatever your favourite activity is, we will be delighted to make arrangements for you.You only have to ask.We offer keen individual and group rates for all activities, starting at weekend rates from €100 per person sharing. (includes 2 nights B&B and 1 dinner). Mid-week breaks are even better value.
