There is so much to do down here in Connemara, that one weekend may not be enough!
You can choose from horse-riding, hill-walking, wine-tasting, learning to speak Irish, bird-watching, bat-tracking, landscape painting, mountain biking, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, golfing, orienteering, sailing, fly-casting, star-gazing, salmon fishing, tree-hugging, may-fly dapping, photography, throwing pots, picnicing, rambling, cycling, pony-trekking and basket weaving,....Whew!...and that's just the first day......(only kidding!).
Course if you just come down here to chill, you could spend the afternoon in good company sipping pints on the deck outside Eddies Bar watching the world go by, while enjoying Smoked Salmon and Seafood Chowder, listening to endless fishermen' stories of the ones that got away and to finish, singing ballads late into the night, with our resident band.
